MAGNOLIA HOUSE

To create a dreamy forever home for a stylish young couple, Studio Sven reimagined a classic Lincoln Park build, reconfiguring layouts and adding architectural details to elevate both design potential and functionality, while infusing the space with rich color and texture to bring life and light into the home’s four levels. The pièce de résistance: the dynamic primary suite, featuring modern styling with traditional details throughout a spa-like bathroom, boutique-inspired dressing room, and sultry seating area.
